Located in Central California, the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) has approximately 33,000 students and multiple undergraduate and graduate colleges, including the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (the college). The college is unsurpassed for solving real-world problems in agriculture, the environment, and human sciences.

As the lead web developer, I coordinated with stakeholders throughout the college to determine what content and structure would define the new website. Pages throughout the website range from quick and informational for new visitors to the college, to content heavy policy pages for staff within the college. I utilized Plone, a content management system, to enable content creation and maintenance by numerous editors. Most notably, I reduced the bounce rate for website visitors from over 50% to less than 1%.
